The Faculty of Law and JurisprudenceResearchWithin the Faculty of Law Sciences of Oradea the preoccupation in the research activity is concentrated in 6 research groups supervised by professors, senior lecturer and lecturers which propose themselves the elucidation of some theoretical and practical aspects of present interest and the support of some specialty works at the scientific sessions, the publishing of articles in magazines, as well as the publishing of some courses and monographs. The Constitutional and Administrative staff which is coordinated by Ph. D. Senior lecturer Ovidiu Tinca, is directing its researches to the following: The Human Rights in Romania, The Separation of powers in the state and the local autonomy, The Citizen and the State Body etc. The research staff on Civil Law and Civil Process Law is ruled by Ph. D. Senior lecturer Maria Ileana Mutiu, and it is concentrating its efforts especially on: the Unfounded title in the civil Juridical Certificates, the Civil Delictual Responsibility for the other's action, the limits of the law to decide for the death cause through juridical certificate and the successor reserves, the ability of the instance sentence etc. The coordination of the research activity according to the department plans and the stimulation of the creative spirit determined lately the publishing, by the didactic staff of the faculty, of an important number of papers and articles in specialty publications. Another materialization of the research activity is made up by the yearly sessions of scientific communications, where along with our staff, several university teachers from other university centers are participating in. The close collaboration with the faculties with tradition is also reflected in the scientific level of these sessions of communication, the important members of the university world are present at these manifestations. |
