AIESEC Oradea

AIESEC Oradea is one of the most active student associations in Oradea University, made up of students and graduates from all faculties in Oradea. Since 1996, we have focused on activities that aim at young people’s development, both personally and professionally. AIESEC concentrates its main resources in the development of future leaders, who have a positive impact on society. AIESEC Oradea sent about 20 young people a year from Oradea internships abroad,  brought over 15 young people a year to work in companies, schools and NGOs in Oradea, ran over 10 projects per year and held local and national conferences. AIESEC Romania was founded in 1990 by AIESEC Austria. It is present in 15 university centers in Romania (Arad, Brasov, Bucharest, Constanta, Cluj, Craiova, Galati, Iasi, Oradea, Pitesti, Ploiesti, Sibiu, Timisoara and Targu Mures). AIESEC International, founded in 1948, is one of the world’s largest youth organizations, with more than 110 countries, 65,000 members with a history of over 60 years. Although there are differences between local realities, AIESEC is guided by the same vision of “Peace and fulfillment of humankind’s potential”.
