University of Oradea Framework Regulation on Accommodation in Student Dormitories
Internal Regulations for the Student Dormitories of the University of Oradea
Accommodation fees are determined according to the student’s category and the number of beds available in each room. The fees are published on the University of Oradea website and are periodically updated through Senate Decisions.
Accommodation fees applicable for the 2026–2027 academic year are available under Section IV.1.
The accommodation process begins each year with the submission of accommodation applications and is carried out in accordance with the Accommodation Calendar published on the University’s website.
Allocation of Accommodation Places
Accommodation places are allocated by each faculty before the beginning of the academic year.
Subject to availability, accommodation may also be provided throughout the academic year. Accommodation applications must be registered with the University’s Registry Office and submitted to the Office of the Vice-Rector responsible for student accommodation.
Student Dormitories
The University of Oradea offers suitable accommodation conditions in its six student dormitories, which are equipped in accordance with current standards. Accommodation is provided in facilities specifically designated for this purpose, with a total capacity of 1821 places, distributed as follows:
C1 Dormitory (Male Students)
Located on the Central Campus, C1 Dormitory has a capacity of 398 places and currently accommodates male students.
The rooms accommodate 3–4 students and are equipped with refrigerators, wardrobes and study desks. Each floor includes study rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, laundry facilities and wireless internet access.

C2 Dormitory (Female Students)
Located on the Central Campus, C2 Dormitory has a capacity of 332 places and currently accommodates female students.
The rooms accommodate 3–4 students and are equipped with refrigerators, wardrobes and study desks. Each floor includes study rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, laundry facilities and wireless internet access.

C4 Dormitory
Located on the Central Campus, C4 Dormitory has a capacity of 351 places and currently accommodates both male and female students.
The rooms accommodate 3 students and are equipped with private bathrooms, refrigerators, wardrobes and study desks.
The dormitory also includes four rooms with two beds each, specially designed for students with disabilities.

CP1 Dormitory
CP1 Dormitory is a modern accommodation facility with four floors and a capacity of 246 places in double rooms.
The rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, refrigerators, televisions and underfloor heating. Each floor includes study rooms, kitchens, laundry facilities and wireless internet access.
The common areas are equipped with surveillance cameras and smoke detectors.
CP2 Dormitory
CP2 Dormitory is a modern accommodation facility with four floors and a capacity of 214 places in double rooms, as well as 4 places in single rooms, designed for persons with severe mobility disabilities.
All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, refrigerators, televisions and underfloor heating. Each floor includes study rooms, kitchens, laundry facilities and wireless internet access.
The common areas are equipped with surveillance cameras and smoke detectors.
C3 Dormitory
C3 Dormitory is located at 25 Poieniței Street, with access from 55A Constantin Brâncoveanu Street. It has a capacity of 268 places and currently accommodates both male and female students.
The rooms accommodate 4 students and are equipped with refrigerators, wardrobes and study desks. Each floor includes study rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, laundry facilities and wireless internet access.
Student Relaxation Areas
All students accommodated in the University of Oradea student dormitories have access to the modern relaxation areas located in C4 Dormitory, designed to provide comfort and opportunities for social interaction. The lounge areas are furnished with comfortable armchairs and sofas, bean bags, stools, and decorative plants, and are complemented by televisions, billiard tables, and table tennis tables. The warm and welcoming atmosphere provides an ideal setting for students to enjoy their free time in a pleasant and relaxing environment.
