The Board of the University of Oradea is a structure that provides the management of the University and implements the strategic decisions of the Senate, according to the National Education Law no.1/2011, the Charta of the University of Oradea and the Operating Regulation of the Board.
Board meetings are scheduled bi-monthly and are chaired by the Rector of the University of Oradea.
