I.  Candidații care doresc să își continue studiile la Universitatea din Oradea vor transmite o serie de documente supuse unui preaviz al Comisiei de specialitate cu privire la anul de studii în care aceștia pot fi înscriși. Preavizul nu garantează că solicitantul va fi înscris într-un anumit an de studii.

 

THE ENROLMEND IS CONDITIONED BY THE NUMBER OF AVAILABLE SEATS FOR EACH YEAR OF STUDY.

Documents required for EU citizens

  1. Application form for the issuance of the acceptance letter for studies (2 copies)
  2. Application form for the university (2 copies)
  3. High-school Diploma (original language) – ( 2 copies)– simple copy, if the diploma is issued in English/ French/ Spanish/ Italian and , the legalized copy of the translation of this Diploma, into Romanian (if it was issued in other language, than those mentioned above);
  4. Transcript of Records from High School (for all years) –( 2 copies)–  simple copy, if the document is issued in Romanian/ English/ French/ Spanish/ Italian and, the legalized copy of the translation of this document, into Romanian (if it was issued in other language, than those mentioned above);
  5. Passport Copy – valid at least 6 months after the date when the letter of acceptance to studies is issued;
  6. Confirmation of payment of the non-refundable processing file fee of 150 euro into the Bank account of the University.
  7. ORIGINAL SYLLABUS (COURSE DESCRIPTION) FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF ORIGIN WITH THE OFFICIAL STAMP OF THE UNIVERSITY AND LEGALIZED TRANSLATION INTO ROMANIAN LANGUAGE
  8. ORIGINAL TRANSCRIPTS OF RECORDS SENT BY THE UNIVERSITY OF ORIGIN  DIRECTLY TO UNIVERSITY OF ORADEA IN A SEALED ENVELOPE
  9. LEGALIZED ROMANIAN OR ENGLISH COPIES OF THE TRANSCRIPTS OF RECORDS FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF ORIGIN ATTESTING THE YEARS OF STUDIES PURSUED IN THE PREVIOUS UNIVERSITY AND COMPRISING THE NUMBER OF CREDITS/NUMBER OF POINTS AND THE NUMBER OF HOURS FOR EACH DISCIPLINE, ISSUED BY THE UNIVERSITY OF ORIGIN SUBMITTED BY THE CANDIDATE
  10. A TESTIMONIAL FROM THE PREVIOUS UNIVERSITY THAT THE STUDENTS HAVE NOT ALREADY OBTAINED A DIPLOMA IN THE SAME FIELD AND THE SAME SPECIALIZATION OR A TESTIMONIAL SAYING WHICH WAS THE LAST YEAR OF STUDIES GRADUATED.
  11. A TESTIMONIAL FROM THE PREVIOUS UNIVERSITY THAT THE STUDENTS HAVE NOT BEEN EXPELLED  FOR UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR

Documents required for NON EU citizens

2018-2019

1.         Application form for the issuance of the acceptance letter for studies (2 copies)

2.         Application form for the university (2 copies)

3.         High School Diploma granting access of the candidate to the respective education program- copy of the original diploma and legalized translation (English or Romanian) (2 copies)

4.         Transcript of records from High school - copy and legalized translation (English or Romanian)

5.         Birth certificate: copy and legalized translation (English or Romanian)

6.         Passport Copy – valid at least 6 months after the date when the letter of acceptance to studies is issued;

7.         Identity card (proof of permanent address) copy-2 copies

8.         Medical certificate in English to prove that the applicant does not suffer from contagious diseases or other illnesses incompatible with the future profession) –

9.         3 passport photos (3/4 cm)

10.       Confirmation of payment of the non-refundable processing file fee of 150 euro into the Bank account of the University.

For citizens with study documents issued in Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Kenya, Somalia the documents have to include a CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY issued by the respective Ministries of Education, both for the final diploma (baccalaureate) and for the results obtained at the final exam – ORIGINAL, 1 certified copy, 1 certified translation into Romanian;

 

IMPORTANT! If candidates submit their documents to several Romanian universities, this might lead to a delay in the issuance of the Letter of Acceptance to Study; consequently the candidates may not get a study visa in due time thus not being able to meet the registration deadline established by our university!

The registration documents of the candidates who were rejected or have withdrawn can be picked up either by the candidate, either by a mandated person according .If candidates who were rejected or have withdrawn wish to have their documents sent by post/courier, they have to send a request by e-mail to the International Department and bear the shipping fees.

Files that have not been picked up will be discarded on 31 December 2020.

THE UNIVERSITY DOES NOT HAVE ANY AGREEMENT OF COOPERATION OR REPRESENTATION WITH AGENCIES THAT INTERMEDIATE THE REGISTRATION OF THE CANDIDATES. CANDIDATES WHO WISH TO SUBMIT THEIR DOCUMENTS VIA AGENTS/AGENCIES DO NOT BENEFIT FROM ANY ADVANTAGES COMPARED TO CANDIDATES WHO APPLY INDEPENDENTLY. THE CANDIDATES TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY AND AUTHENTICITY OF THE SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THE DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED THROUGH AN AGENT/AGENCY
