Preparatory language year.

 Deadline -15.08.2022- For the Romanian Preparatory language Year the deadline for confirmation of place is 1 September

Documents required for the preparatory language year at the University of Oradea 2022-2023

1. Application form for the issuance of the acceptance letter for studies

2. Application form for the university

3. High School Diploma which allows the access of the candidate to the respective education program

4. Transcript of records from High School- copy and legalized translation (English or Romanian)

5. Birth certificate: copy and legalized translation (English or Romanian)

6. Passport     Copy – valid at least 6 months after the date when the letter of acceptance to studies is issued

7. Identity card (proof of permanent address) in translated copy-

8. Medical certificate in English to prove that the applicant does not suffer from contagious diseases

09. Confirmation of payment of the non-refundable processing file fee of 150 euro into the Bank account of the University.

10. Bachelor diploma + diploma supplement -copy and legalized translation (English or Romanian) for residency candidates

11. If the submission of the file will be made by another person, the authorized person must submit to the Foreign Students Office a notarized power of attorney and passport copy.

For ENROLMENT the candidates will have to submit original, and copies of the documents certified for authentication by the Embassy of Romania in the issuing country or endorsed with the apostille of The Hague.

For ENROLMENT the candidates will have to submit original, and copies of the documents certified for authentication by the Embassy of Romania in the issuing country or endorsed with the apostille of The Hague. 

IMPORTANT! If candidates submit their documents to several Romanian universities, this might lead to a delay in the issuance of the Letter of Acceptance to Study; consequently, the candidates may not get a study visa in due time thus not being able to meet the registration deadline established by our university!

The registration documents of the candidates who were rejected or have withdrawn can be picked up by the candidate, by a mandated person according. If candidates who were rejected or have withdrawn wish to have their documents sent by post/courier, they have to send a request by e-mail to the Admission Office and bear the shipping fees.

Files that have not been picked up will be discarded on 31 December 2022.

THE UNIVERSITY DOES NOT HAVE ANY AGREEMENT OF COOPERATION OR REPRESENTATION WITH AGENCIES THAT INTERMEDIATE THE REGISTRATION OF THE CANDIDATES. CANDIDATES WHO WISH TO SUBMIT THEIR DOCUMENTS VIA AGENTS/AGENCIES DO NOT BENEFIT FROM ANY ADVANTAGES COMPARED TO CANDIDATES WHO APPLY INDEPENDENTLY.
